POSITION TITLE:        Forklift Operator                     

REPORTS TO:             Supervisor of Distribution

 HOURS:                       Evening Shift (Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

STATUS:                      Full-Time 

RESPONSIBILITIES:      

Sorting, warehousing, staging and loading/unloading of cartons in an accurate, safe and efficient manner        

Unloading inbound freight/loads and outbound freight

Separating and loading freight on unpacking lines        

Staging outbound freight in shipping

Receiving and warehousing incoming merchandise into module racks and floor locations

Pulling merchandise from racks or moving merchandise to open areas for pulling and distribution in 701      

Replenishing and condensing merchandise into most efficient location for order pulling in 701      

Completing all paperwork for any warehousing or replenishment activity in an accurate and neat manner

Performing other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:    

High School education or the equivalent     

Must be able to lift cartons that weigh up to 50 lbs repetitively    

Manual dexterity required     

Ability to operate forklifts       

Ability to pass forklift certification exam      

Applicant must be 18 years of age or older
